Wallace joins them in La Jolla, which is in California, which is, as Mitt informed us during the election, almost as much of a hellhole as Europe because, like, taxes. Which is why he owns a beach front mansion there, of course. That would be the beach front mansion they're turning into a bigger beach front mansion, complete with car elevator, with the assistance of the private lobbyist they hired to fast-track their construction plans by buying off La Jolla's city council, like all totally normal average Americans do.
The interview is almost impossible to watch without thinking of what might have been, what should have been. Our best hope is that Mitt and Ann have a change of heart - no, not exactly the right words - a change in strategy and decide to run again in 2016. Perhaps by then all the folks who were bought off by Obamacare will have forgotten about it.
