An emerging complex libertarian tolerance and judicial bias in favor of patients over hospitals and by association - also over pharmaceutical companies... will IMO change the medical health care landscape...
Our health care model at the highest levels has some conflicting edges. The hospital staff is often captured in bubbles of corruption by higher level administrators motivated by self-serving interests.
It's possible to track (reverse engineer) some of America's largest hospital systems back to legacy administrators richly rewarded financially for directives that today (fall of 2023) are now rightly seen as negative. I could name these hospitals and name these administrators (historically reaching back many decades) but will not due so, as doing so is reckless and displaces the objectivity of my comments. Besides who can judge? Everyone? No one?...
Ultimately the human specie seems to be, being tested by the Universe. Can we overcome the cosmic chaos we find ourselves in, with love even as we resist what we perceive as evil? After all perhaps there is a higher hand at work. Intuitively, on a social networking level, (for example), my sense is the recent $261-Million decision against John Hopkins is only the beginning of a complex libertarian tolerance and bias in favor of patients over hospitals and by association - pharmaceutical companies...
IMO this will change the medical health care landscape...
Namaste...
