SteelWave looks to build new commercial development in East Pleasanton

SteelWave LLC recently submitted an application to the city of Pleasanton to annex and rezone about 20 acres of land just east of the city's border so that the developers can construct three commercial buildings.

Would El Charro Road be made public in this case? Would this allow the gates to the Arroyo trail on El Charro to be opened for access?

I also would hope that the trail on the south side of the Arroyo is connected through (it dead ends today)
