Support Scholarships for Pleasanton Students

If you and your wife or husband are due for a wonderful night out, this is it!
The Pleasanton Community of Character BBQ Dinner & Auction Fundraiser is Saturday, Aug 19, 2023. This will be held in the beautiful backyard of Craig Eicher, beginning at 6:00pm. The cost is $75 per person.

Local soft rock group, Rusty Vinyl will play the classics of the 60’s and 70’s. Take a photo with Cinderella’s coach, it’s actually in Craig’s back yard. Enjoy a wonderful BBQ with Fred’s Steak, salad and all the fixin’s.

The Mayor and City Council will all be there (except one who is traveling), as well as the Superintendent of schools.

Tickets can be purchased at the Chamber website: www.Pleasanton.org/events/calendar

The entire cost of the dinner is being donated by members of the board, so there will be no administrative expenses, 100% of the ticket prices and auction will go toward student scholarships.

There are wonderful auction items: Tickets to SF MOMA, Oakland A’s, SF Opera, SF Symphony, Niles Canyon Train, Blackhawk Museum, Vacation Home in Arnold, Wine & Wine Tasting, Hotel Stays, Jewelry, Photography, even In-n-Out gift certificates, Meadowlark Dairy and other interesting baskets, including Barbie.
This will be a lovely evening with dinner, mingling, entertainment and the opportunity for some exciting auction items, and every dollar supports the Juanita Haugen Scholarship fund.

Hope you can make it. Get your tickets today!
