Are major changes coming to your electric bill? 5 things you should know

Original post made on Jul 31, 2023

California's three largest electric utilities, including PG&E, have proposed a plan to charge customers not just for how much energy they use, but also based on their household income.

"The proposed changes "will shift the burden, on average, to a more progressive system that recovers more from higher income households and less from lower-income households," he said."

We don't need a more "progressive" (redistributionist) system for electric rates - that are already high. Keep raising rates/taxes in the state - and watch more of those "higher income households" leave.

I guess it is just "not enough" (and never will be) that we are already paying some of the highest gas, sales, and state income tax rates in the nation. And what do we get for it in return? Rising crime rates, homeless on the streets of the cities, rolling blackouts, unaffordable housing, perpetual water supply problems, a hostile regulatory environment for businesses, politicians that want to defund the police, etc.

Some higher income people complain that they are penalized for saving with energy improvements like solar. I am penalized for being disabled and having insufficient income to qualify for any tax cuts to fund my solar. I've wanted solar for 20+ years, but don't qualify because I don't have "tax-rebates" -- to qualify for solar (homes+cars), you need tax-rebates, but if you are on SSI, you have no income to get rebates against. The poorest energy customers get no rebates and have no access to "high-income" energy savings -- especially solar, but also low-or no access to many energy saving projects around the house. So the idea of charging high-income people more for energy -- IMO, is only the start of compensating for all the 10's of thousands of rebates I can't get to install energy savings.

This is a significant price hike for most consumers yet it received almost no press coverage before the legislature and governor approved AB 205 requiring utilities to adopt a fixed price based on household income. The public utilities commission still has to authorize this. Public comments can be submitted several ways:

Will PG&E require us to provide documentation of our income, or are they going to have access to Biden’s IRS to obtain that information? Will they also need our medical records, flu and Covid shot records, and our voting history? Please tell me even the Democrats are concerned about this?

Energy strategy experiments in labs around the world are optimistic because of LK-99

LK-99 is a superconductor ... first Holy Grail of superconductors at room temperature and ambient pressure and ambient temperature (means you can even use it in outer space)... it sits there and floats in the presence of a electro and/or magnetic field.

This has been duplicated by multiple labs and today has been authenticated as the Korean scientists claim.

Former superconductors only work at supercooled temperature and require great pressures to manufacture.... but not LK-99

This LK-99 will unleash cosmic level scientific breakthroughs in everything
--- Replace all the electrical lines we have across the country with micro-thin electrical wires (size of human hair) that would carry far more juice.
--- Recreate computers with a tracery that would be almost invisible.
--- Recreate Roswell space craft.
--- Our electrical grid wouldn't have to use vast quantities of copper wire.
--- We could even make flexible computers... make computers out of cloth...

It's going to change our world...

Wikipedia and LK-99

There are advanced technology craft zipping around all over the place.

People probably won't believe UFO's-UAP's exist until their own opinion on the matter becomes a minority opinion where the prevailing narrative flips, leaving them in the social position of being the conspiracist... and they become the "they do not exist, conspiracist." Usually the majority of individuals are moved by wanting to be in the group that thinks as they themselves think. It's just human nature. Some sort of catalyst is needed to move the needle. Then everyone realizes the King they are following wears no clothes . The child is right. The King is naked. Then the prevailing narrative shifts at all levels.

Does Wikipedia give the chemical formula and process on how to manufacture LK-99 yet? It's probably the last place that will do so. That sort of proprietary information is really, really, really, really valuable and will not be released by anyone that holds it...so Wikipedia will be the unlikely depository of such data... the curious mind is forced to look elsewhere...and their are several ways of doing so.

The Hundredth Monkey Effect - Group Consciousness

Web Link

What we may be witnessing with the intense scientific interest and following of LK-99 is the unexplainable Group Consciousness.... "This behavior spread up until 1958, according to Watson, when a sort of group consciousness suddenly developed among the monkeys, as a result of one last monkey learning potato washing by conventional means (rather than the one-monkey-at-a-time method prior). Watson concluded that the researchers observed that, once a critical number of monkeys was reached—i.e., the hundredth monkey—this previously learned behavior instantly spread across the water to monkeys on nearby islands."

In short when enough minds contemplate the same positive outcome, that positive reality is manifested.

This magical phenomenon has been tested to reduce violence in violent prone areas. Studies (I'll look up the studies and post the links if anyone is interested)... but studies show that when just the meager square root of 1-percent of a population pray/meditate (say for example Earth has $8-Billion living souls)

Sq Rt of 80,000,000.00 = 8,945 people praying/meditating on the positive notion of love, forgiveness, peace that the incidence of violence immediately drops significantly and measurably......I forget how much but it's a lot... like at least 1/3 or more...this is partly why I have a Peace Pole near my office...that reads "WE ARE WORLD PEACE."

Our public minded group attention on a room temperature, ambient pressure super conductor (a positive thing) may be magically creating this cosmic manifestation as a new reality.

US NAVY FUNDING LK-99. Interesting... The Thin Film LK-99 Room Temperature Superconductor research is being done at Chapman University here in California with a token $100,000 US Navy research grant... meaning the results will be kept secrete and not made public.

Furthermore, it appears that Algoryx Simulation, a Swiss company, is sponsoring this research...which suggests the CERN Collider is being quietly shut down ... having failed in Gordian Knot chaos and their scientists are all out beating the bushes for the next big thing... room temperature superconductivity.... $grants$...Boeing, Raytheon, Hughes,..etc.

The most important thing is, it's all 15 minutes from Anaheim Disneyland where most of the ideas seem to originate !!!
