CHP: Passenger killed after being thrown from car on Livermore freeway; driver flees scene

A passenger died after being ejected from a car speeding down Interstate 580 in Livermore, and the driver and another surviving occupant are on the lam after fleeing the freeway in a different vehicle early Sunday evening, per CHP.
