Christian Trujano and I did talk about the plans for multiple (6?) TK classrooms being added to Donlon, Lydiksen, and Fairlands, already very large elementary schools and all where growth is planned. I believe this is a mistake when classrooms could be renovated; there is declining enrollment (still don’t know where those 1000+ students are—other public districts, private schools, homeschooled, or moved—even though the district has the answer); and the boundary changes could be coming. Schools in the north are already large and don’t need to be larger.
