SCS Dublin development clears hurdle at Planning Commission

The Dublin Planning Commission last week provided its recommendations to the City Council for a proposed rezoning in East Dublin for a large mixed-use development project, following months of discussion, research and deliberations.

So, where exactly in "East Dublin" is the "large mixed-use development" going to be? Is this the parcel at Dublin Blvd & Tassajara Road or somewhere else?

Does Pleasanton get a commission for all of the traffic we get to absorb from Dublin's reckless out of control growth??

So happy they found so much water to develop ! They must copy Pleasanton as the drought continues and we build faster.
