It's killing an unborn child when one causes it to die but not when its' mother does it?

It's murder when a growing baby in the womb is terminated in a car accident. These are the same my body my choice people who were jumping for joy at vaccine mandates to have employment.

Let me see if I have this right, if you get into an auto-accident with a pregnant woman and kill her fetus you are charged with murder. However, if that same woman would have had an abortion a week earlier to intentionally kill that same fetus, that is not a problem. Yep, makes complete sense to me.

CWM, you have it mostly correct. Except this wasn't an "accident". The driver was clearly driving recklessly which renders him culpable for the incident. They should through the book at him

Oh, trust me, I think they should though the book at him as well. But I think you get my point, if he is charged with killing a "fetus" shouldn't someone that intentionally kills a "fetus" be just as guilty? A fetus is a fetus, it does not change.
