Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Innovation Tri-Valley Leadership Group has set an ambitious agenda. The group recently released its Vision 2040, an aspirational document, shaped in five areas -- to move forward for the next 20 years.

May we propose Vision 2040 include an additional subject of study and public education in Biosphereic Science and Noonesphereic Innovation? While there will be overlapping in focused interpretations of the science, the differences are important for survival of humanity of collaborative freewill, harmony, and prosperity.
