Regarding the Delta Conveyance: Two directors felt there were environmental & lawsuit concerns about the project. What are their alternatives to do their jobs to ensure a continuing supply of water to the tri-valley? If they don't have viable options, then why are they on the board? These days, pretty much ANY option is going to be challenged on environmental issues & challenged by lawsuits so it's crucial that we choose a future that can actually work before dismissing any potentially viable options.
