Livermore school district's parcel tax election to move forward following lawsuit

After facing a lawsuit filed by two local taxpayer groups, Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District's May 3 special election for a parcel tax renewal will proceed as planned, following a judge's ruling last week.

I hope People of Livermore Reject the extension in Parcel Tax. When it was first approved, it had a term limit. It has been extended twice before, it is time people of Livermore Valley take measures in their own hand.
