Life is a series of educational experiences. We are all life long students, or as the Japanese might say, ka. Not the ka going to grade school but more like the artist mastering a skill set over a lifetime.

The missing aspect in wokeness is often recognition of the redemptive value of forgiveness. Take Mt. Diablo for example. Some of us respond to a mountain named after the devil as a form of worship of a negative entity imposed on us.

But there is another view.

A spiritual guide once pointed out to me, the devil is more than just a fallen angel, the devil is also an aspect of a great infinite wisdom (God) just as we are each sparks of that infinite wisdom.

Perhaps we are better off loving God and all God's manifestations, turning inward and reflecting that to forgive Kirker uplifts humanity far more than omitting and forgetting.

Change the orientation of wokeness from action to awareness and wokeness will gather greater support.
