Driver dies in crash with light pole overnight in Pleasanton

A driver was killed after losing control of her car and crashing into a light pole along West Las Positas Boulevard on Thursday night, according to Pleasanton police.

Everyone slow down and definitely don't drive if you've been drinking. Condolences to this woman and her family.

Haven driven West Las Positas many times. The road is a hazard. The city even spent money for signs warning of uneven pavement. I've seen cars leave the ground on some of the bumps. Reminds people of a Disney ride I bet. Let's get it fixed.
