I cannot sympathize with “cumbersome decision-making processes” at PG&E. It’s well beyond time for PG&E to establish contracts with one or more independent consulting firms to analyze and implement extensive revisions to their “ cumbersome decision-making processes”.
Probably the court may have to mandate such contracts.
