Goodness Village: 'Tiny home' community provides safety, security to unhoused

The new Goodness Village "tiny home" community in Livermore is making strides to mitigate homelessness in the Tri-Valley by offering safe and affordable living spaces to previously unhoused residents.

I thought the Goodness Village would place boundaries and guidelines for those who are fortunate to be housed, when you said you do not require sobriety that tells me you are looking for big problems ahead. You must not enable people but support their needs by making them accountable, what are you doing about that? Anyone can come and live free there I guess, what is the incentive for achieving and changing your situation?
