State effort to decertify officers picks up political momentum

California legislators are advancing a bill that would permanently strip badges from police officers found guilty of serious misconduct.

VAB is a registered user.

I do not support the idea of defunding police departments.
I do however support decertification of underperforming Cops. If they cannot perform their duties according to the oath that they took to serve and protect they’ve got to go. And never to be hired by any law enforcement agency again.
