Pleasanton Seahawks coach reprimanded for conduct at swim meet

A year after being criticized in multiple news reports for alleged behavior on the job, the nationally renowned Pleasanton Seahawks swim coach is back in hot water again -- this time for video showing him throw a cone at a swimmer.

When will USA Swimming, Pacific Swimming, Safe Sport and the city of Pleasanton do an actual thorough investigation of all of the reports of abuse from this coach. Why is he allowed on the pool deck? He does not own the Aquatic Center, the taxpayers of Pleasanton own it. Say something even if Steve Morsilli has intimidated you and silenced you.
