Focus on the future: Pleasanton City Council finishes drafting work plan

After more than seven hours of discussion spanning two meetings, the Pleasanton City Council recently wrapped up business on the city's draft work plan for the next two years that is now headed for ratification.

What exactly are they referring to when they speak of "designing a permanent reconstruction of West Las Positas?" The concept of turning West Las Positas into a freeway access was killed several years go. What does this mean?

My thoughts exactly. As much as I enjoy the Pleasanton Weekly and this town square, I do get the sense that they're reporting lacks detail in a lot of areas. I wish they would have included more information regarding the west Los Construction. It amazes me sometimes the lack of reporting.
