Sounds like a healthy concept more people should adopt. I wonder if she makes her own marinara sauce as in this recipe. If not, it is among those nasty processed foods . Most people do not realize that more than 90% of the products in the grocery store are processed using chemicals and preservatives that are not digestible or have harmful or long-lasting effects on the human body. Even the crushed crackers in this recipe are processed.....gluten isn't the only bad actor in that product. A good rule of thumb, if it comes in a package, don't eat it. The best advice is to eat whole fresh foods whenever possible. Keep up the good work to encourage good healthy eating.
