Pleasanton USD could seek waiver to reopen for elementary students

A new "window of opportunity" recently opened that could allow Pleasanton USD to take the first step towards reopening some sites for elementary students while still under the state's most restricted phase of sheltering.

Please keep us informed and try to interview the major players on the 17th when waivers need to be submitted for elementary schools to begin to reopen.

Not pursuing the waiver is lazy leadership, pursue all options, lay out the costs, make a decision based on that.

Not even going for it means you’re not even trying.
