"Governor orders....." Newsom can take his "orders" and stick'em where the sun don't shine. I for one will never comply with unconstitutional edicts handed down by a governor or unelected officials with no authority to do so. And you mask authoritarians? You can take your masks and stick'em in the same place. You people so willing to give up your God given liberties deserve none. What's the matter with you people?

Timeline seems about right for a resurgence after all the demonstrations and riots. So, by all means, make sure that the malls, bars, restaurants, hair salons all close. But don't ever question the peoples right to demonstrate, loot, and riot. Not one word about that contributing to the resurgence. Just because you are a democrat doesn't mean you have to be stupid. Oh wait, maybe it does.

I am with you Bill. I will never vote for a Democrat in California again. Gov Newsome MADE our local Bay Area hospitals take patients from Mexico and Imperial Valley. That’s why our numbers had such a big spike in the last month. Before then our cases were few and our ICUs practically empty.

Bill Jones...You can rant & rave about your "liberties" but bottom line is we have a *very* severe health crisis on our hands...It's not about you, it's about us. Don't be a jerk

Gavin Nausea also declared that ‘protests’ were not allowed. LOL. Is that defined as ‘protests’ against him, or ‘protests’ about ‘lives that matter’?(correction intended).

Strong Americans last century had to deal with the Spanish Flu (50 million deaths worldwide), The Great Depression, World War 2. Now clowns are worried about what gender they identify with this morning and this virus with a 99.8% survival rate (even higher if you're healthy or under 60).

As coined by Saul Alinsky, “Never let a serious crisis go to waste.” Decisions based on hysteria, and not facts, are destroying this country at every turn. We are witnessing this daily before our eyes, yet we dare say anything because the angry mob does not believe in rational discourse. Don’t believe the lyin’ polls or the left wing media. The media and the liberal politicians want to control the narrative, but we are not fooled. We know that the liberal policies are “fundamentally transforming the nation” into something we do not recognize nor desire.

To the radical Democrat leaders, I say this: Keep rationalizing by skewing the truth. Keep us locked up, while you let the criminals go free. Keep defunding our police, while we arm ourselves to protect our families. Keep perpetuating fear while you play politics with our lives, our childrens’ lives, and our futures. The silent majority is more “woke” than ever, and come election time, a price will be paid for all of this idiocy. It must stop!

Here’s the platform: Keep us locked up, the criminals go free. Keep defunding our police, while we arm ourselves to protect our families. Keep perpetuating fear while politics are being played with our lives, our childrens’ lives, and our futures. Your personal liberties should be a concern for us all. Look how very easy it has been to eliminate them. Churches cannot meet, individuals are being indicted for protecting their property from the mob, liquor stores, abortion clinics, and weed stores are open for business, but restaurants can’t serve outside. This state has been successful in turning neighbor against neighbor over silly little ‘magic’ cotton masks. Certain ideologies can protest in the streets without restrictions, but others cannot. Then there is your vote that is being eliminated through mail-in-voting. And the greatest of all liberties under attack is free speech-that is being condemned unless you parrot the ‘correct’ talking points, otherwise you lose your job, your position, removed from social media, and ostracized. What next?

All due to the connivence of a virus that is has been allowed to be weaponized as a political restraint.

@Neverdem

If what you say is true about the importing of patients to our county, it reminds me of the deep state. They have to generate the data they don’t have. That’s desperation! Sound familiar (Russia, Russia, Russia)?

What happened in FL can’t be mere incompetence, either:

Exacerbate a crisis to further the degradation and increase the power grab.

We are all victims...
