Why get tested?
1.7 million people in Alameda County with 147 deaths "attributed" to COVID-19. That is 0.007% of the population.
All of this will go away November 4. Wake up...

It will only go away if Biden wins...because it's all Trump's fault.

COVID-19 is to Newsom as WMD was to Bush. "Newsom at Noon" is what is referred to as "illusory truth effect"... repeat the same message over and over until the masses believe it is the truth. Most politicians and government officials, including local ones, use the same tactic.
It is time for a third major political party. I researched the Libertarian Party and just re-registered to vote this past week. Check it out, or any other party for that matter. This red vs blue stuff needs to stop because as with all civil wars, it's the civilians that suffer the most and I have been to 30+ countries and have seen it firsthand.
The truth shall set you free. Again, wake up...

All you need is phone number or email? How do they check they are Tri Valley residents only? How do they log the person’s residence address to go towards number of cases per city? Oh....they don’t. They just add them to Pleasanton’s case numbers if no other address is given. The numbers are such a joke.

Yup, ridiculous. Then they use the false, inflated Tri Valley numbers to close our student classrooms and outside dining.

All these comments sound inspired by Chinese or Russian bots.
It's a drive-thru location. They ask for your driver's license and insurance info. Your phone number and email aren't listed on those documents so you have to provide it separately.
Calm down and follow the advice of public health officials. That's the best way to get back to "normal" as soon as possible.

Mark what’s your Russian name? Your the one who sounds like a cool aid drinking socialist. Read the article...no insurance or ID needed to get tested.

So Mark is Russian because he is giving a sane advice?

The cases have risen in Pleasanton from about 90 or so three weeks ago to 156.
At this rate, it will be in the 200's by next week. I hope everyone decides to shelter in place in the meanwhile in order to keep their families safe.

Sooooo scary, 156 cases (majority recovered in 2 weeks ) out of 82,372 Pleasanton residents. Give me a break with the socialist fear mongering.

We went to the testing site at the fairground last week: 3 times and were unable to get tested. 1) The testing was closed one day 2) Closed down by 10am and ran out of tests. It opened at 9am. 3) Ran out on another day within 2 hours of opening.
