why are Del valle and shadowcliifs still closed

Its been 4+ months now. these 2 important recreational sites remained closed. Yes i know you can hike a few miles in to access park but thats not feasible for people that cant hike for a myriad of physical reasons.

As of Today, East Bay MUD has opened all lakes and parks, San Pablo res, Lafayette res, etc, all OPEN!

I haver contacted EB parks and have been given different reasons for closure, they at first said county mandated they close. I spoke to several people at county and this is just not factually true. the County stated they are free to reopen. When confronted with this information they changed their story to "staffing issues" whatever that means.

East Bay Regional Parks has failed to provide a date or even a plan to reopen.
These are public parks paid for with taxpayer money. we deserve an answer.
