This is absurd! Students have to wear uncomfortable masks and social distance while at their schools, but then they will all hang out together and socialize like normal kids after school. Does this make any sense at all? Why subject our kids (even kindergarteners!), to this way of life? Keep the vulnerable sheltered and let these kids (and all of us) live a normal and happy life!

I think the more perspective hand washing and temperature checking are welcome changes, regardless of covid. Too many of us have sent our kids to school Ill and that has created some of the wide spread flu, cold, noro outbreaks we’ve had. This helps all of that including covid. I appreciate and understand this change.
Masks As a requirement; No science, studies, practical data around transmission or infection rate to support at the sub 20 age group. This is pointless and will just add additional frustration and policing to teachers.
