Man dies after stabbing in Pleasanton

A male victim died after being stabbed in Pleasanton hotel parking lot on Wednesday night during a confrontation with multiple people, according to Pleasanton police. It is the city's first homicide in nearly eight years.

Police detectives served a search warrant at the home of a person of interest last night.
