Tim Talk: Foss passes the Dublin leadership torch to Smith

Foss was succeeded on Thursday by Linda Smith, his right-hand person as the assistant city manager during his tenure. She will be only the fourth city manager in the city's history.

Thanks for having an article about Chris Foss and Dublin. It's important to get details right when writing about one of Dublin's most important and longest serving City Managers. Dublin incorporated in February 1982. Dublin's 40th anniversary will be in February 2022, not July 2021.
