Pleasanton turning 125

Downtown is set for the party of the century (plus a quarter). Pleasanton's 125th Anniversary Celebration -- in honor of the quasquicentennial of the city's incorporation -- will kick off at 3 p.m. this Friday.

125 years. Congrats to the mayor, the council, and The PDA, Laura Olson. Pleasanton is a menagerie of citizens living together. The downtown has made many changes throughout my 38 years here. It remains a small community with large city ideas.

WOW, what is happening to PW?? All comments on Ms. Johnson's blogs on The Patch of PLEASANTON...all kinds of Locals use to comment here...THIS IS The Biggest Event in Years besides our Parades and dntwn assoc.
This IS a major Anniversary. Where is everyone these days? We have All Kinds of Neighborhoods including DownTown P-Town!

YES this will be great 3-9 and 5 the installment and cake cutting for P-Town!
