What will be the impact on ACE? All estimates provided thus far emphasize the impact to local BART parking and freeway traffic. The footprint in the map is almost identical to the first part of ACE's route from Stockton to Livermore and Pleasanton. So, riders on ACE going to Livermore and Pleasanton will have an alternative route to get to work which may affect their choice of transport, causing ACE to lose ridership to Valley Link. To make an informed decision on going forward, shouldn't we be looking at ALL the factors being impacted? Granted ACE is packed now, and is escalating to more trains to meet the need. This will affect ACE as well.
