PUSD aims to curb vaping among students

Calling vaping a “moving target” that needs to be shot down on local campuses, Pleasanton Unified School District staff urged the Board of Trustees to take action on the issue at Tuesday night’s school board meeting.

My son was vaping along with his peers. And yes, it's widespread. He liked the way vaping made him feel calm after a stressful day at school. Punishment was not a deterrent. He didn't stop until we explained to him that he was self medicating like any other addict.
