Pleasanton Preps: Foothill softball dominates Stampede tournament

One other annual event I've loved covering is the Livermore Stampede softball tournament that took place during spring break each year. It had the best teams not just in the North Coast Section, but all Northern California.

Congratulations to the Foothill High Softball Team and Coach Sweeney for winning the Stampede Tournament! A great win for school and our town!
