Livermore PD officer resigns, accused of inappropriate sexual conduct

A Livermore police officer has resigned after being accused in October of inappropriate sexual conduct with a woman he had met after responding to a call at her home earlier this year, police said Friday.

Not condoning inappropriate behavior, but let's hope this officer gets a fair hearing and due process of law applies,,,,unlike what happened with Kavanaugh.
