An erratic and apparently unstable driver led to high levels of police activity near the Alameda County Fairgrounds on Wednesday morning, with details on the incident continuing to unravel.

Denser living conditions lead to more erratic behavior due to increased frustration.

It’s simple. More molecules in the same place creates friction friction creates heat
