Pleasanton watercolorist set for art demonstration

Pleasanton artist Charlotte Severin will share her joy and expertise with yupo paper at Monday's meeting of Pleasanton Art League/Livermore Art Association. The gathering is free and open to the public. It begins at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Pleasanton Cultural Arts Building, 4455 Black Ave.
