PPD searches for man accused of watching woman in bathroom

And bathrooms are supposed to be made for both sexes at the same time.... In a multi stall bathroom I can't image walking out of a stall to see a guy there heading to the sink to wash my hands. It totally creeps me out with what can happen and might happen at the hands of unscrupulous, depraved people!

when they do get him-hope they cite him for not having a front license plate on his car too. big no no in the state of California.

Freaked Out -- There are NO bathrooms for both genders to use at the same time. The unisex bathrooms are single user only. There may be someone of a different sex waiting outside to use the bathroom, but not "sharing" the facilities with you.

I wonder how a 70 year old man who is only 5 feet tall can look over a bathroom stall?

They stand on the toilet of the adjacent stall and look over.

I agree with you on the no front license thing and it has been the law for decades(at least 3). But I don't think it's widely enforced any more, one out of every 4 cars on my street including an AC sheriff's deputy's personal cars have no front plates.

@Frequent WM: I don't know about widely but a family member of mine was ticketed. The state could put an end to this if they were to prohibit new cars from being sold without front plate mounts.

@Vigy the funny part is some of the cars on my street with no front license plate actually have the plate frame installed with the original dealer paper plates. The rest have the two holes from the mounting screws so I am pretty sure the cars came from the dealers with the frames mounted. A lot of the out of state plates cars do the same leaving a paper plate in front to blend in.

These cars are driven in town every day so I assume they are not worried at least in Pleasanton about the PD ticketing them.

@vigy forgot to mention notices that the photo of the mercedes driven by the peeper shows it has front license plate mount from the factory.
