Head of the Class: Bull moves to Foothill

Original post made on Nov 9, 2017

To his friends, Sebastian Bull was the one you'd least expect to become an educator. "It's fun to prove them wrong," the new Foothill High principal added with a laugh.

Congratulations Mr. Bull. This is well deserved. I am still mad at PUSD/Amador for not making you principal when Mr. Hansen left. That would have been the very best thing for our side of town. But I'm glad PUSD has hopefully seen the error of their ways by hiring administrators that might look slick on paper but have no substance, and fall short. You Mr. Bull, you are a man of character and Foothill is lucky to have you. I am so happy to see this!!!! Foothill families, our loss is your gain. You will get to rub this in our Amador faces, that we let the very best go over to the (dark) blue side! Ha!

Congratulations to Sebastian! Well deserved!!! I will have to talk to my cousin, Tom, about harassing you about your purple gear! Foothill is blessed to have you as their principal!

PUSD good to see you make a right decision; rest assured without any doubt this most definitely is one you will not regret. To the Asst Sup and Sup, you've got one awesome administrator achieving good things outside his own agenda for the betterment of those individual kids and families in the district and beyond, so refreshing -- relatively a throwback to when PUSD really stood for the best in public academia ... frankly, Sebastian Bull contributes significantly toward making any environment he is immersed within a better place by the minute! Our own daughter was so inspired by Mr Bull and Mrs Turner-Bull that she too chose teaching as her profession and heading up a renovation of a varsity soccer program her 2nd year, in many ways emulating her own experiences under their fine tutelage. Congratulations Mr Bull! So very much deserved and thank you too for your patience and having your own exemplary conduct and record speak worlds. Usually we say the sky's the limit; in your case, however, simply "soar!"
