Burglars broke into vehicles at two BART stations in the East Bay on Sunday, according to police with the transit agency.
At the Dublin/Pleasanton station, someone reported that their white 2015 Ford F-150 was burglarized while it was parked on the fourth level of the parking garage. The burglary occurred between 12:30 p.m. and 6:15 p.m., police said.
According to police, the unidentified burglar smashed the left front window and stole a backpack containing a laptop computer.
At the Pittsburg/Bay Point station, another person reported that their red 2010 Chevrolet Aveo was burglarized between 10 a.m. and 9:15 p.m.
According to police, the suspect smashed the left rear window and stole an empty purse.
