Flightops, I don't understand how calling people "hoodlums" who you don't even know nor have never met contributes to the conversation. Your snap judgement of fellow human beings must be rooted in a superiority complex that you are better than they are for one reason or another. It makes me sad that you, and so many others, feel comfortable throwing out insults from behind a computer without foundation or respect for other human beings.

I'm curious now, which correct-term-of-the-week does the enlightened intelligentsia prefer the plebs to use when characterizing idiots who get into a violent brawl at a family oriented community event?

Sorry about that, I guess I could have said " fine young gentlemen " but then again after reading a little more about what happened I think I was right the first time! Hopefully after being released to their parents a little "straightening out" was implemented!

I find reading the comments more interesting than the article itself. I am not really in shock that a State or County Fair experiences fights and brawls. But to attack 'Flightops' for using a very old description such as 'hoodlums' is very disconcerting. The word 'hoodlums' is extremely mild and probably very PC. Those of you who responded to Flightops' regarding his choice of a word, never felt it necessary to address the behavior of the........hoodlums. Oh boy, oops there goes another rubber tree plant.
