Little League World Series kicks off in Livermore this weekend

For those that enjoy watching the excitement of the Little League World Series each summer, your opportunity to watch some of the best young baseball players in the world is not limited to watching them television or making the trip to Pennsylvania.

Thank you to everyone in Livermore for your time & effort over the next 10 days. My son plays for the New Jersey team & the idea of our boys being on the other side of the country playing in the LLWS is still very surreal. I know what a huge part parents & volunteers play for all of these teams to get to Livermore this year. Thank you doesn't seem like it's enough so please know that you are making dreams come true for our boys & as a parent that can't make the journey, you have my undying gratitude!
