This was not a random event but the next time this happens anyone could be a random victim. Kids who act and dress like gang members often hang out and conduct their business in that park. Friday wasn't simply a brandishing and discharge but part of a fight between some of them.

Police aren't really looking for a suspect. They already know who he is but unfortunately they can't prove it. Put up some cameras or increase patrols before this happens again.
