Maybe Sarkissian should advise the Careless contractor to call 811.!! The average Pleasanton resident doesn't even dig on their property. Pay top dollar for these so called professionals to make the same mistake a untrained person can do. First St. Is already WAY over traveled from the valley commuters doing their so called "short cut". Errors like this just compound the existing problem. Does City Council ever leave their meeting room to see all the congestion ?

I have smelled gas on my property for about a year or more and no one can find out where the smell is coming from. Even my neighbors have smelled it and still no one can find it. Sometimes it is strong and sometimes it isn't. Sometimes you can't even smell it. P,G & E are baffled after using their top of the line equipment, pulling in the top brass and still they have no answers. I am a little nervous about it and don't know who to trust, my nose or people I don't know.
