I support Costco 12,000 car sounds far fetch.I shop Costco a lot never been in a traffic jam sure the parking in full on weekends.But in Pleasanton without the bussiness park traffic I see very little traffic I travel this arthe mallea a lot living in Val-Vista.As for the traffic for the mall there are many way's to get there beside Stoneridge.As for Black Tie whoever take that space he is going to lose he's street parking this lot this road well need to be widing no mater what goes there.
