California real estate economist to speak Friday in Pleasanton

Leslie Appleton Young, vice president and chief economist for the California Association of Realtors (CAR), will speak about prospects for the real estate industry at 8:30 a.m. Friday at the weekly meeting of the Valley Real Estate Network (VREN).
