Shape-Up Saturdays at New Leaf Pleasanton Feature Local Gyms

Community members are invited to Shape-Up Saturdays in January from 8 am to 9 am at New Leaf Community Market Pleasanton. Each week the store is hosting a different Tri-Valley local gym giving a free class to demonstrate their approach to fitness. This series is a fun, community-boosting event that promotes local, small business gyms in the Tri-Valley area while encouraging the health and wellbeing of our community. Shape-Up Saturdays on January 23 will feature 925 Training Center of Pleasanton and on January 30, Platinum Fitness Pleasanton. New Leaf Community Market Pleasanton is located in the Vintage Hills Shopping Center, 3550 Bernal Ave, Suite 105, Pleasanton.
