Did the Boy Scouts miss everyones pick up of Christmas trees downtown near the fairgrounds or are these people just too lazy to either pay them for a pick up or too lazy to take the tree to the dump free of charge. Same thing last year. some trees were still sitting on the curb 6 months later. Don't give me the BS that you don't have a vehicle to take the tree to the dump since somehow you got it home before Christmas with no problem.
