Hi - Not trying to be a complainer here, really just wondering if anyone in the "know" understands how parking and traffic are going to be once this Retail/Housing development is done? It is moving fast, going up fast....

Whatever, that intersection will be clogged and add to the congestion at Stanley and Valley. Anxious to see, then anything else in 4 directions will pretty much be stopped in all directions.
