Loss to De La Salle ends Falcons' season, but is it fair?

After holding De La Salle to its second-lowest offensive output of the season, the Foothill football team saw its season end in a 35-0 loss to the Spartans in the North Coast Section Division I finals last weekend.

I completely agree with your comments. Foothill certainly deserved to move on in the playoffs, but as long as De La Salle is in our league, no other team will ever make it to the state championships. De La Salle is a private school with "bought and paid for" players and therefor should be in a league with other private schools and their "bought and paid for players".
