"Right now, we know of no specific and credible intelligence indicating a plot on the homeland and that is based on the latest information I just received."

Said just 8 days ago by quite possibly the worst President (and administration) in the history of the US.

I've heard it mentioned that there are estimates that upwards of 1% of refugees contain Islamic Jihadists trained in terrorist activities. If this is true, then potentially 15 that could come into the states in this current rush. This is in addition to the 900 on-going FBI investigations into other terrorists.

Fourteen innocents were killed by TWO UNKNOWN terrorists, yet there will be those on this site that will continue to push for more refugees (and Amnesty).

In addition, our betters in the political establishment (Democrats and Republicans) just voted down a measure to slow down the refugee process.

I'm too stunned for my usual sarcasm.

"Sensible gun laws work. We've proven in California and we are not going to give up."

Said Senator Barbara Boxer (D-Stupid) Dec 3, 2015.

I wish I could say that was the dumbest thing said by a politician in the last 9 days but see my post above.

And what is being reported now?

Turns out our friendly little terrorists down south may not have had a gun legal purchase, and there is more. Along with having a straw-purchase, they also illegally modified the guns to accept high capacity magazines and for automatic firing.

But more gun laws would help! /s

If we could get Obama to believe that members of ISIS were white, republicans, church goers I bet he will deal with them within a week.

Remember when all those squishy Democrats were happily pushing the robustness of the resettlement of Syrian refugees just a few days ago? They adamantly said the controls were in place to guarantee that they'd catch any terrorists within the refugee processing, right.

Well, it turns out that the woman terrorist in San Benadino actually used a fake (non-existent) address on her visa application AND she's been connected to the infamous Red Mosque in Pakistan. And the clincher: our government had no controls in place to catch any of it.

This is as incompetent as you can get and I'm not one bit surprised.

So what say you Dems?

Hey BG Gruff, where are ya?

I pledge to follow the Obama Democrats' recommendations on fighting terrorism. After all, the Obama Administration are our fearless leaders and know best.

Therefore, I will strike back at terrorism by...

- Purchasing a carton of CFL light bulbs for my house (reducing fossil fuel dependence which "causes" climate change)
- Inflating my tires to their recommmended max (also reducing fossil fuel dependence)
- Practicing self-defense by throwing the nearest soda cans, notebooks, etc.
- Holding "getting to know you" meetings, as Hillary recommends, with s'mores and other yummy treats for anyone who might like infidels like me to be wiped off the face of the earth.

Take THAT terrorists! Obama and I am sure his Administrative Team would be proud of me.

By all means please give us your opinion on the topic. God forbid you say something substantive.

Simple indeed.

Obama's Saturday message today was pathetic. Immediately called for stricter gun controls. He has always had difficulty uttering the word TERROR. I guess if terrorists use gym bags packed full of pipe bombs that blow up five people at a crack with each one, it's better than inanimate objects like guns, and better for the environment. Maybe families feel better if loved ones are killed with homemade bombs, not guns, like the Boston Bomber brothers!! Homemade bombs are so much better and more personal??? We must stop 'guns' from killing people...ok if people kill
If Obama wants to stop objects, maybe we should start with the computers that radicalize idiots with twisted ideas....makes as much sense.
Obama forgets the single most important function for any President is to 'protect and defend the people of America, from all enemies foreign and domestic'. Having secure borders would be a good start. But since we continue to be deprived of secure borders, we need guns to protect ourselves. Obama refuses to secure our borders from unchecked individuals.

Sara and Billie,
Since your definition of a troll is one who submits provocative posts then I am certainly OK with that label. I was a former brain-dead liberal who thought liberalism benefitted the "little guy." But after researching the outcomes (vs. intentions) of liberalism, I was awakened to learn that most if not all liberal policies had the direct opposite impact on the "little guy" (or as some would say the "middle class" which I believe is a marxist term.)

I will continue to post provocative remarks against liberal ideals in hopes that I might awake those who have been brainwashed over the years by public schools and colleges, the liberal media, and other sources.

I challenge you to name one policy or program that has a positive return. One. How about the minimum wage? It is immensely damaging to small business owners, destroys jobs, destroys opportunities especially for minority teens. Welfare programs in general destroys individual initiative and prolongs dependence on government. There is also massive fraud in welfare benefits. Excessive environmental policies destroy jobs. I could go on and on.

Do your own research and identify democrat policy or program that has a net positive outcome.

The role of the Federal Govt is outlined in its enumerated powers. That should be its scope and nothing more. Period.

One more post-script comment to my recent post.

To relate my most recent comments back to this thread, one of the Federal Govt's enumerated powers is to provide for the common defense of the US. Obama and his Admin are definitely NOT doing this. I submit to you that his main goal is to significant weaken America in every respect and he has been very successful in doing so.
