Pans on Fire Cooking Demo: Cheese and Chocolate Fondues
New Leaf has partnered with Pleasanton's own cooking school and kitchenware store Pan's on Fire to bring you inspiring cooking demonstrations every second Wednesday of the month. Pans on Fire’s amazing chefs will show you how to prepare easy-to-make, delicious recipes, then offer yummy tastes. This month they will whip up some festive dishes perfect for the holidays. All of the ingredients used in the recipes are available at New Leaf. Come by and catch one of two free demos between 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm.

Holiday Mocktail Party
Join us for a demonstration and sampling of mixers, non-alcoholic beverages and unique holiday mocktail recipes. New Leaf team member Claudia and Holistic Chef and Health Educator Suzanne Aziz will demonstrate healthy and festive mocktails as an alternative to traditional alcoholic cocktails. Think healthy, think fun! Recipes and light healthy snacks will be provided as well. This event will be taking place during our usual Wine/Beer Tasting but will be held separately.

Gluten-Free Baking 101
Join Health Coach Kim Rice as she explains how to do gluten-free baking for the holidays. Whether you need some delicious, gluten-free holiday cookie recipes or you've never been able to make a truly gluten- free tasty biscuit, come and learn a variety of easy and healthy recipes. Kim will talk about the different kinds of gluten-free flours and how to use them. Gluten-free samples of goodies, prepared in a gluten-free environment, will be offered. Please RSVP so we can have enough for everyone to sample.
