Carnage in Paris

Original post made by Traveler, Another Pleasanton neighborhood, on Nov 13, 2015

Having traveled throughout Europe for years I have to say that the huge influx of refugees may well prove to be the source of the murderers in Paris. I have been in many of the countries being flooded with these people lately and have seen first hand that there is no background checking at all when allowing most of these people into other countries. Have you looked at the pictures of these asylum seekers? Where are the women and children? Where are the old and infirm? The people crowding the borders are nearly all adult males, many of whom are more than likely religious fanatics finding this an easy way to infiltrate other countries. I fear that France closed the borders far too late and that many countries in Europe are now filled with the terrorists such as those who murdered innocent people today.

Allowing unchecked immigration without the safety of checking these people out may prove to have been fatal.

@Traveler

I very much doubt that the terrorists who did this were asylum seekers who decided to commit a massacre just after getting off the boat or crossing the French border.

Damian,

I think his point is open orders like ours are. Only a matter of time before it happens here I am afraid.

If you truly travelled France, you would know the country has been in turmoil for decades. They have horrible problems with racism and it's been going on for years. I remember watching a 60 Minutes episode in the 90s that addressed this problem. One of their political parties promotes racism (not shocking as the man on of our political parties tolerates it as well).

I agree with Damon. Highly doubt new refugees would have been able to find the equipment necessary to set off several bombs.
